I just want to announce that the demo reached over 40,000 downloads in 24 hours

dissapointed actually , highly dissapointed

Its a free demo , and there are over 20 million xbox live members

i think its only that low because nobody knows about the demo

yes i understand, peoples awareness of the demo does play a major role

couldnt agreed more, i see that this game were not in the spotlight...gaming news seem putting it aside...were they blind or need me to dive bombing on thier roof top?

Well, to be fair, the name "IL-2" has very little brand awareness on consoles thus far and the demo has only been out for 3 days.

Give it some time. Word will start to spread, and with all of the demo vids popping up on the web and youtube, more people will learn about it.

sequel? too soon i guess, i need to see how good this francais can offer me...

Two things. I have noticed a framerate issue like in the review when the writer said you get behind smoke. Besides that there are times I've seen what seems to be a drive access pause everynow and then. Besides that, it's perfect!

Also, to all of you. I'll help pimp this game. Someone let me know on xbox live how to 'suggest' a download to your friends in a message. I know there's a way to do it so that it will quick link the download in the message. I want to help out the popularity of this game so we will see a sequel!
