Others unable to connect to games i host.

Whenever i host a game no one is able to connect to it and i am also unable to connect to a lot of others games. I can find some to connect to but for some reason NAT keeps causing some kind of problem. I tried disabling my firewall but thats as much as i know how to do, any help?
