Is it true ? I'm currently on island, but couldn't find a trace of him. . Anybody knows, wanna help me here ! ! Thanks.

yes

there is a rune vendor on iceland ....it is a penguin sittion on a ice berg....

u cannot reach there by boat....go on land and fly your horse...

easy...!!!
