Upper Hadar-Lower Hadar Zoom Win8

So, yeah. First playthrough of the game. I got the program on Steam.

I had just completed the quest to fix the elevator. I went up to the surface, chatted with the submariner, picked up the quest from the pool, returned to the underground .... and now the game is zoomed close. Can't find any obvious key command to return to the normal zoom level. Am I missing something obvious, here?

Or the 'Home' button on the keyboard restores you to the default camera view (map or battlespace).
