Can anyone tell me where to find royal griffins?

They should be available in Greenwort and Arlania before the plot twist. And than there are guaranteed ones on Iceland, very late in the game though.

i'm on that island, not yet go to demon portal, and cant find them

I found them on two places in my first game. The Captain of the guards (next to the castle) had 80ish and the dwelling on Griffon island (in Arlania the island off the main continent) had a massive 580!

What dwelling?

I found a bunch for sale in Merlassa (sp?) the Elf land. In was one of the houses in the big cluster of buildings and castles.
