we have a 3d pritner on our UNI, it takes something like 1 week to sculprit a 20 cm statue of liberty, its cool tough, soem student can actually be granted access to it and print out some plastic parts for projects.

If i ever grab one, i will print out a joystick

The most interesting bit is not the 3D printing.

What is interesting is the US lawyers for Games Workshop are trying to introduce precedents wherein you can claim copyright to someone else's original work just because it has a similar "style" to yours.

That could have vast implications in music and art.
