Default Battle of Britain 1940 maps - where?
I've tried to search for them, but I've failed.

Does anyone have/knows where to find RAF and Luftwaffe 1940 maps for the Battle of Britain (southern England, northern France) area, please?

eBay is a great place to find these maps. There is also a good specialist supplier in the UK I have used and I will try and dig out the details. It's where I got my southern england RAF map from.

I have southern England Battle of Britain period maps. They are RAF and dated 1938. The three span from Lamd's End to Broadstairs in Kent.

What's the best way of distributing the images amongst us? Assuming anyone is interested of course.

To email them to everyone might take alot of time. Maybe a place like www.airwarfare.com has a section for maps, or perhaps a temporary storage site like www.fileshare.com ..i think that's what it's called.
