The only thing hard about CEM is that we have no manual that gives us operating limits and settings for the aircraft, so it's all been a long road of trial and error figuring out how best to operate the various aircraft in the sim.
And, sadly the way we do it now will probably change with the next patch. Some of the aircraft are so far off real world published operational data that it isn't even funny. (The air cooled radials suffer the most in this regard).

how long have you got?....for me though the worst thing is the constant crashing every 30 mins.
