Default Shortcut

My shortcut for Clod was working fine earlier, now when I double click the shortcut only steam launches, if I double click it again Clod will open, never did this before, any ideas?

arma II is doing the same, maybe the url's are not working right now, can anyone confirm this?

I have 2 COD shortcuts 1 I made manually that points directly to Launcher.exe. the second one starts STEAM then code its properties are:

steam://rungameid/63950

game id matches in properties , can't figure out what has caused this, seams to be steam related as both my steam games are doing it, could not find anything in steam settings. I don't get the preparing to launch popup at all, please help, thanks, Jay
