Default engine overheat ?(spit)

Hi
short after takeoff I get the engine overheated 140c and quickly lose power and I can see smoke and oil in the cockpit window,what can be wrong?( easy mode)

open radiators ?
and let the engines warm up after engine start but before start the plane itself ?!

i did a warmup to oiltemp 30,water 60 and set radiator to (50%)is this wrong ? how do I know the pitch and mixture in the (easy mode)?

After takeoff, reduce throttle to 80%, watch the turbo boost gauge on the right: If it is 0 or below zero, your engine will remain cool. If it is constantly at max boost level, your engine will overheat very quickly...
