Aircraft loadout limits

I know how to limit aircrafts, and how to limit what load out an aircraft takes. Is there a way to set a numerical limit on the load out options?

Here,
Let's say I make a dogfight mission and put 10 SBD-3s at a base. Then I go in and limit the load out to one 500 or one 1000 pound bomb. What I want to do is put a limit on the bombs, so say there are only 3 1000 pound bombs and 7 500 pound bombs. Is there a way to do this?

You can't do it with the FMB but it might be possible if you use DCG to generate the missions?
