Serious Problem In Men Of War Multiplayer

For the last two and a half days, Men Of War Multiplayer has been damaged/unplayable.

The only available game modes are Free For All and Coop. When a player attempts to start a game in Combat, Battle Zones, Victory Flag or Frontline mode, you are told the server is offline.

I have hosted at least 300 games and have about 1000 games total. I have never had this issue.

After emailing GameSpy, they directed me to the games developers. DMS has been completely unhelpful. The only response the Men Of War Multiplayer community has gotten is "we dont know why our product no longer works".

This is ridiculous. Somebody has to have some kind of information as to when this problem will be fixed.

This is NOT an isolated issue. For the last 3 days i have been on at least once an hour to see if my favorite game is operational, and i have seen many 100s of players not able to start a game. I play in a group of players who play every night at midnight and we have been unable to play as well.

Can someone PLEASE find out something that i can tell to the many players who cannot play MoW? Is this being worked on? When will it be fixed?

as of now, some games can start, but cannot finish. getting a Stat Server Connection error, and everyone gets booted out of game.

Can anyone answer me?

The problem is that stats server got overloaded, it should be fixed ASAP.

This problem is now existing for how long? 5 days? Sorry, but you are nowhere near solving this matter ASAP - unfortunately! This is just bad customer support.

This is a disgrace! This would never ever happen with a western developed game. Today I played a game on MoW, then tried to play another and found that the server was down. This is unacceptable. MoW's multiplayer is already largely inferior to other game's in terms of features. The friends list system is a joke, there are no chat channels.

Now this.

MoW needs to take some notes from WCIII, which has the best multiplayer function out of all the RTS' around. Patches should be auto updates, there needs to be better friends lists, better chat options, PMing in particular is extremely inadequate, a good Clan system would be nice, Private channels and a built in clan ranking system is needed. (Clan leaders should be able to choose between Red Army, Heer, US Army, British Army and IJA ranks for their clan)

my multiplayer won't even start, I've had the game for months now and I've given up on it. but maybe you'd be able to tell me whats wrong with it? I click multiplayer and it just stays at the connecting screen what's wrong with it?
