Default First light Scramble

Intresting to see. Geoffrey Wellum as an 18 year old rookie.

Colours just aren't right. I expect more from a 2010 production. Also pilot's head is too small; in the 1940's people's head were a different size. Clouds could do with some work too.

A lot of Battle of Britain Film footage.

You can spot BoB movie footage by the fake squadron IDs.

"Fake" Spitfire squadron codes used on actual Spitfires during the film include AI, CD, DO (apparently there were also aircraft wearing EI codes but they did not make it to the finished film) Replica Spitfires used BO codes. Hurricanes were given MI and KV codes.

The movie used fake codes so as not to been seen to favor or criticize any one real squadron. It also avoided long involved arguments about exactly which real squadron was engaged where and when.

What is particularly interesting is the code F0-H which i s neither historic nor one commonly listed as used in the movie.
