With reference to the last video in Xilon's post, it's not an aircraft, it's an "Ekranoplan". Designed for the Soviet navy in the 1960's it was an attempt to develop a fast troop/assault transport. It "flew" in ground effect and never climbed much above 20 feet.

yes sorry robday and all memebers the Russian EKRANOPLAN belongs at the time of the 60's years not WW2.
But SUPER JANT RUSSIAN BOMBARDIER is really to periond and time ww2.

You can buy Ekranoplanes for private use in 2010. The Aussies make a smaller coastal one and the Russians sell several different types:
