Arrow Will my system handle RNR?

OK so the game runs kinda choppy and somewhat slow on my PC. It meets the minimum requirements. Do you think that 1GB of ram more would help the game to run smoothly?

System Information

Language: English (Regional Setting: English)

Processor: AMD Athlon(TM) XP 3200+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.2GHz
Memory: 1024MB RAM
Page File: 238MB used, 1687MB available
Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

As said by USA_Trucker multiple times, 4GB of RAM is recommended to run the game smoothly. 1GB is just way too little. I can't comment on the rest of your specs as I don't know how heavy the game is on the CPU, but it definitely needs a whole lot more RAM than what you have.

Thanks I think I'll try another ram stick. What's strange is that some people with much better computers are reporting bad perfromance...and yet the lower end PCs can run the game better. Strange.

I think no, your video card is too weak for R'n'R.

Also, your Processor speed is too slow. You might get it to run, but very poorly. See game requirements HERE. Please don't make duplicate threads on topics already covered. I moved your post to here.

I'm sorry for that. However, before you purchase any game, you should read the recommended specs for the game, not the minimal specs. Many people fall for this. This game (and many others) just doesn't cut the minimal specs, as you can see from the many postings of problem with people running less then the Rec. Specs. I learned this many years ago after spending money on games that would not work on my computer. It only took me 3 games or so to figure it out after educating myself to never falling for it again.

I downloaded a 1 hour trial version that I found online of this game (I guess some companies make games as a trial) and before the game started it showed a window saying that my computer meets the minimum requirements
