CD-Key blocked

Sry my english isn't very well but I'll try it.

Today I tried to login to my Account and it says "cd-key-blocked".

I looked at the ban-list and can't find me, because the last ban-list-update is from the 17 May.

I want to know the reason for this and how long it takes to unban me?

My Ingamenick is Galvani.

Please help, I own this game one or two weeks.
