T.o.W Kalypso media\Avanquest software???

Hi guys
I am thinking of Buying T.o.W and have checked out this forum in regards to which versions to buy ie: Battlefront.com,Kalypso media etc and have seen that there were initially issues with the Kalypso version in relation to patches etc BUT apparently a patch is now available for the Kalypso version so I contacted GAME[UK] and they tell me that the publisher for this game is now NOT Kalypso but Avanquest software.
Is this correct and if so how will this effect the Kalypso Version Patch or will there be an equivalent Avanquest software patch?
When I zoomed into Cover picture on Avanquest Media it still has Kalypso in bottom right corner

This version should be already patched to 1.10.0.81 (up-to-date). I would recommend trying the demo before purchase to make sure that it would run fine on your system (there were reports that ToW1 failed to start on some recent Catalyst driver versions for ATI/AMD cards).

Thanks for quick reply.
I have now Purchased the Avanquest version and works no problem.
You say this version should already be Patched to 1.10.0.81,where would I look in root file to confirm this?
BTW: I am running on Nvidia GeForce 9800gt Graphics Card

Version number should be displayed at the right bottom corner in main menu.

Have looked on main menu and Avanquest Version I have is 1.7.0.68
[Top right corner] so it doesnt appear to be automatcally up to date?
I have tried Twice to run Game with patch but each time I ge the request To Insert Original DVD
I also downloaded 10mb Patch fix that you put on forum but still same problem

Just to report and to concur with Checkmysix, i too have the same issuse,

Kalypso DVD edition.
