Probably. It would be future-proof no doubt (although I have a dilemma whether to get a mega DX10 graphics card or a very good DX11 one....)

Dx11 features aren't that extensive over Dx10. Tessellation & Direct Compute..

So do I assume that a DX11 card is worthwhile, but not a major step up? Does this mean that SoW_BoB and subsequent add-on sims (like Korea?) will make use of DX11, but only minimally so?

I found this: http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showpos...&postcount=171 I'll step out on a limb, (the glass is half full) and speculate that Oleg would not implement DX11 merely for minimal gain. I wonder if Oleg is timing the release of SoW with Nvidia's new Fermi cards? How's that for speculation? ![]()

Apparently there's currently an issue with 2D graphics, that might well be resolved in new hardware, or new drivers, but it might be worth waiting a month and seeing what happens.
