I can never get that extreme of damage. How do you have one prop stop and only one wheel come out?

Usually if i wanted to get that effect i would catch the one gear as it is being extended otherwise it would be extremely hard to break off while fully extended, then i would fly over to the sea and gently dip the prop into the water.

That does the trick
