Welcome aboard . Release date was not changed. Russian version will be released in Russia and CIS countries on 27th November. In Driving Walkthrough video person from 1C announced that english version will be released in January 2010, and now they just updated 1cpublishing.com with this information, so there aren't any changes concerning release date

You can see the video here if you haven't yet:

DaWolf do not worry, the game will be released in time (January 2010 is the most probable date). We will need some time to localize the version, that's why it will be released some time later than Russian version.

We are planning to have the game on all major digital distribution platforms like Steam, GamersGate and others.
Retail copies should be available afterwards.

The Russian 1c forum is taking questions and suggestions on what to include in a patch to fix problems in RnR.
