Please Help TOW won't install

Theatre of war gold edition disc version is not working. I can't even install it!

I tried contacting 1C but no reply as of yet.

The error i'm getting is: Internal error: ShellExecuteEx returned hProcess=0.

I have Windows 7-64 bit.

Have you tried running the installer in compatibility mode? Where did you buy the game?
