Default The Face of a Fighter Pilot. Please Add Images.

Hi all,

This thread is inspired by the image of a Battle of Britain pilot taken shortly after returning from a mission. His face shows extreme fatigue.

I've posted this in another thread, but I think it is worth repeating. (He was killed a few months later).

Please add any similar images. Allied or Axis. Friend or Foe.

Slightly OT but an interseting photo nonetheless ...A photo from Signal Magazine in 1940 showing an Italian crew around the time of one of the few Italian Battle of Britain missions...there weren't very many if memory serves...
