could not change fuel loadout in BF 110

I made a coop. I could not change fuel loadout in BF 110. I made a coop, I had red side planes, and blue side planes... I went to fly blue, chose BF110 (C7 I think,,,) and in the mission builder I gave it a loadout of ammo and fuel, but that was for any AI planes. In the aircarft you can choose and spawn in (at the aircraft spwn pints, on airbases, on the ground), you just pick any avaiable plane, and make the loadout anything you want. But, later when I went to fly, I forgot I had it is set to 100% fuel. and I wanted only 50% when I jump in and started it up,, but it would not let me move the slider to change the fuel loadout. What is wrong? I have built a lot of missions, but not sure if I ever had this problem.

Why can't I adjust fuel load?
