Steam account disabled.
My uncle give me a IL-2 Cliffs of Dover game bought in Russia for my birthday.
I activated in Steam, I live in Spain, and my steam account has been disabled. What I can do? Now, i can't login to my account and I spent 1000+ eur in games. I sent tickets to steam, and I receive no response for 3 days. Sorry my bad english, I am spanish, but What can I Do? |

Are you sure the account has been disabled?
showing this when you try to log in? If so you should make a steam support login (this is not the same as a steam account!) and follow the steps provided. https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php You'll likely have to wait a good while to get help, but that's all you can do sadly. It is illegal to use Russian or other regions keys in another country (cfr. steams EULA) so I'd just say you recieved the game as a present from your uncle and tried to activate it..having no idea that this was not allowed or the key even was from Russia. Then pray for the best. Hope you get your account back as it's a very shitty way to lose all your games, but the Russian CLOD will most certainly be removed.
