List of items available in every game (some spoilers)

Is there a list somewhere of (or can somebody recite) all of the items that are always available in every game, such as by quest reward, tournament reward, or some other way?

This is what I know(*) of:
- Training Sword (complete tutorial)
- Pirate Halberd (Cursed Treasure, if you kill Bob Devis)
- Mask of Youth (kill dragon in the dungeon of Castle Hezerhem in Western Islands)
- Anga's Ruby (A Holy Indulgence)
- *King's Hammer (after clearing Bogacho during Treaty with the Dwarves)
- *Isshara's Whip (The Temptress Isshara)
- *Dragon Sword (win the King's tournament)
- *Mithril Shield (sell Fandor's Map to the King of the Dwarves)
- *Dragon Cloak (The Seven Forms of Haas)

(*) The ones with an asterisk I haven't actually seen first-hand, but have read about.

A related question would be what are the quests/activities that always relate in an item reward (though the reward might be random). To the list above, I'd add the quests Thorny Dog and Annore and Hneya, plus killing Zombie Noric in the Marshan Swamp.

Old shoes, clay bowl, cart wheel, dwarven beer (training)
The 3 paintings from the artist (for last 2 you need to finish the quest)
Miner's helmet (always at Mehgard)
Steam armor and Drill (Mehgard, after finishing ellinia)
Adherent's staff (after finishing magic range)
Kerus's Sword (can buy after ultrax quest, might also have to talk to xeona about it?)
Pirate flag (accept from the guy with the fat wife who owes money to brotherhood)
Barbarian shield (take the head from freedom isles to the barbarian camp in verlon)
Roast rats (7 from talking to miners in lucky james mines, 1 from fish stomach)
Gremlin castle (taron anytime)
Ale barrel (beer quest)
Old Skull (karrakh, second encounter)
Purse (escorting the annoying dwarf)

And you can also get the ale barrel, staff and dragon-slayer's sword randomly as well as the guaranteed spawns

Great additions to the list! I'd forgotten about Pirate flag, Barbarian shield, and
Roasted rats. I think you can also get Roasted Rats in the Creiston Mines (but presumably up to a max of 7 total for the game). Funny, I apparently missed the Old Shoes from the tutorial.
