Fraps and TrackIR

I make videos using Fraps on the mission's recorded track. But as I've started to use TrackIR, the only thing that I get applying Fraps on the trk file (that I can watch normally) is a black screen with only the sound. Have you the same problem, and have you found a solution?

I already checked that; I changed the hotkeys in Fraps and they do not conflict with TrackIR. It's strange that Fraps seems to don't work anymore only with CoD.

No, CloD is Ok.....the problem is between CloD and Fraps. And Fraps is running normally in this moment on the Chrome screen.

More on that: Fraps works in CloD's intermediate screens (menus, briefings, mission titles..). The problem is only in Clod's filming (live mission and recorded track).
