Default Any Japanese planes for BOM ?

just wondering if there'll be any japanese aircraft ? I just watched a doco on the Soviet - Japan conflict in WW2, i thought i knew most about WW2 but i must admit i knew nothing about the Soviet invasion of Manchuria. Very interesting. Although very one sided, Japan should have just abandoned manchuria, i feel.

BTW, while searching for on the net for Manchuria, i noticed links to a "Whatif" - Japan Invaded the Soviet union instead of Pearl Harbour. Sounds very more interesting .. any thoughts on this?

The "what if" situation with Japan invading Russia sounds interesting to say the least.I dream of a sim with updated graphics and all the details present in COD plus much more covering all the major theatres.I dont have much hope but only time will tell. I hope the devs can prove me wrong.

.
The what if's are interesting but reality is even more and so many planes are still missing or seldom seen in simulations. IL2-1946 is a what if of great quality.

I would be so befuddled if we got a Jap plane before a 109G-6 and its acompanying allied adversaries.

You don't have to buy it, it will be free-to-play.

Back to topic, a Khalkin-Gol Soviet-Japanese add-on would've been awesome but alas only a handful of us would buy it. It's reproducing 109 and Yak/Lagg variants until you puke season. I'm so fatigued of the usual suspects I wouldn't fly them even if they were CTD free and optimized! CloD standard Ki-27's and Ki-21's? Yes, I'd buy that!

I believe that came much later in the war after USSR did not renew its peace pact with Japan?
