360 Hori Flight Stick EX vs. Ace Edge?

After reading so many negative reviews of the 360 AV8R with BoP, I've decided to look for a Hori Flight Stick instead. I was wondering if there are any major differences between the Japanese black Hori Flight Stick for the Xbox and the one bundled with Ace Combat (other than cosmetic).

Also, has anyone heard any rumors about upcoming flight controllers for the 360 that might work well with BoP? Wondering if I should just wait.

I'm using the Ace Edge that came with Ace Combat 6, I love it.

Wow!!! I just scored a used Ace Edge flight controller at the Gamestop down the road for only $20. Glad I called to check before paying over one hundred on ebay.

Picked up BoP too, of course...so far so good!
