New Track IR 5.0 Final B driver

Has anyone installed the final software version (EDITED): 5.0 FINAL B for Natural Point's Track IR, over an earlier installation of TrackIR 4 Pro? Have you noted any improvements, about smoothness, accuracy, etc?

Are profiles for TrackIR 4 Pro accepted by (EDITED) 5.0 FINAL B or is it necessary to remake them again?
