Default Idea for 5cm hit detection algorithm

How does one contact Oleg..
I have an idea for a 'Hit Detection Algorithm', that costs at maximum, in theory, 2 (3x3) matrix operations per hit detection. I must still work out the finer details.

Hit area accuracy is selectable, and theorectically has no limit, and can be efficiently used to simulate delayed action fuses, taking out aircraft inner structures.

In game adaptions are dynamically made, allowing for shells to pass through already damaged areas that have big holes in them...ect.

Sounds good ??

Thanks.. I made up a short descriptive document and sent it to that email addy.
He probably cannot reply to all his emails, so one is not sure he received it , as spam filters sometimes 'shred' the good mail

Pm the code directly to CrazyIvan, I was the one who referred him to you. He will make sure it gets where it needs to go. Good luck, hope your code will be of value and gets used.
