Default View Snap

Hi I'm playing IL-2 1946 and for some reason my view is snapping to the rear right of the cockpit and wont move from that view. I have a Saitek X52 Pro stick and G15 Keyboard.

Ive unplugged X52 and view still snaps. So then I mapped all keys so the view wasnt changed by keyboard but it still moves. Any ideas why and how to fix?

Thanks,

Wittmer

Nullify all view controls by removing every assignment (you can use the old "click+switch+click" method) in the controls window. Run a test in QMB and if it doesn't snap back as before, then go in and assign a hat or your numpad to set the view control you desire.

It's a slightly elongated or convoluted process, but you need a "control" to allow you to isolate the problem.

If you have the Saitek/X52 drivers installed... uninstall them. IL2 works fine without the drivers.
Then after that there's a key to switch between pan view or snap view (I think default is 'V')
Push this once or twice to check the effect.

AFAIK, Pan/Snap toggle should be F9.
What happens if you move your mouse while flying ?
