I read through the translated fan manual, also tried to search this forum even google (which directed me again back to this forum ) - still I am not sure if army spawned from demon portal will be added in your army after combat, or not. (Necro Call works only in combat - sadly)

It will not. You only have it for that fight. It's already really good and would be insanely broken otherwise.
