Can't run Demo

I down loaded the demo and it gave me a d9_dx33.dll or whatever that file name was... so I downloaded that fill and the error went away. however the game did not load. my screen would flash black and then seen to scroll through each of the applications i have open. But in the end it would just go back to the last app and act like i never tried to run the program. There are not error messages or anything! I downloaded the demo off another site and hoping just the copy I got was bad, but the same thing still happens. I've read through a lot of these posts and still can't get it to work. I tried to change the computability to winXP sp2, I've down loaded directx10 and the latest very of directx9.c, I've run as admin and I've even updated my video drivers. nothing seems to work. I also tried to download the updated demo and that wouldn't even run saying it was not compatible with my system and to check if i was running a 32-bit or 64-bit program. So I'm hoping to get some help. I really want to try this game out because I loved the sega genesis version!! But I don't want to be the real game if I can't even get the demo to run. Here are my system specs:

Windows Vista home premium sp1 64-bit
Intel core2 quad 6600 2.4ghz
ram=6gb
video card-Intel g33/31 chipset graphic accelerator 256mb

I know my video card sucks and well...isn't even a true video card, but I'm really hoping that is not the problem... Is this video "card" even supported?
