Default 1st Guilford nearly unpossible (Ice and Fire DLC)

I have been playing before the first Guilford fight on normal. I am a Level 29 Warrior and my stack is:

4 Red Dragons
3 Black Dragons
59 Demonoligsts
34 Executer
56 Paladin

Guilford has:
700 Archers
136 Paladins
560 Griffith
1950 Swordsmen
167 Witch Hunter
1 Knight

How should this be possible to win??? I give up!

Not sure if you have it covered through items/skills, but that mix of troops would offer pretty awful morale. The difference between good morale and bad is huge!

Well, it seems that I have not been aware after entering der Dark Portal and going back to Greenwort that the travel option by ship is available again.

So I will spend some time in the Eastern and Western islands or somewhere else.

@Morloc
I spend some points on the skill tree for better morale

Wouldn't the morale be normal for that mix of troops? Paladins can tolerate undead and demons I thought, and he has executioners and demonologists. Dragons are neutrals and thus their morale is unaffected by troop mix.
