Default IL2 - Battle of Stalingrad

Hi,

I just saw some footage from the new game and its just look awesome.
It will certainly be better than the default COD (with ATAG patch is better).

I hope they will put a DVD edition, because in my country we can't download a full game because Internet cost a lot if we download too much. My country is Canada

Whatever, can't wait to play this game. The only thing is that I will not stop to play Il2 1946

Sorry about the DL situation, mate. There seems to be a group of SOBs that are intent on fouling up North America at some level or other.

Greetings from the nation below you!

Wow Nic, which part of Canada are you in, what provider do you have? No such problems here in Vancouver. Are you in la belle provence where they like to do things a bit differently?

I'm on Cogeco in Ontario and I pay the same and I'm not concerned in the least. Even with heavy regular use, some Netflix streaming, game playing, etc. I rarely run even to 80% of the cap.

If the game comes out and it's 10GB... there's still lots of headroom for regular usage...

I'll have to wait to try BoS.First because I have to know what we are dealing with: a game that is made to run even at your 386 or prototypes only.

I gather you mean a 386 processor.. then this is good and has far reaching marketability. It also means we probably are dealing with developers who are very experience in PC systems which can only mean well for the longevity of the game.

386 is a 32 bit system, and the code can just do a system inspection and choose to run code modules based on this (even switch to 64 bit) - perfect scalability sense.

A smaller, less powerful system will run less intensive code while the latest PC will run a full blown version... all automated in code.

Can you play Rise of Flight? http://riseofflight.com/

The system requirements will likely be fairly similar seeing as they use the same engine and supporting technologies.
