Default Planes dissappearing in 1946

i recently installed a new graphic card to my computer (Radeon HD 7950) and from that point ive had this annoying graphic issue in game, both online and offline. Planes and their hud nameplates are dissappearing randomly in-game.

Ive re-installed my game, installed directX 11, gc driver but anything wont help. what can i do??

First

Set the game to run OGL not Dx

Start the game

Hardware Setup

Video Mode

Select> Open GL

Did you totally, completely, down to vanilla VGA uninstall the drivers from your previous graphics card before installing the new card?

I tried the 13.1 Amd/Ati drivers yesterday with my 5870 and got what you described. I've reinstalled 11.5 drivers and they work without problem. Rivers disappeared with 13.1's as you flew over them, crap drivers i guess.
