After Iceland?

First, sorry because my English is bad. I hope you understand me.

I defeat dragons, and all enemies on Iceland, finished quest of ghost and fisherman... I'm try speak whith everyone in iceland. But I can't progress because i don't have southern vinland map. Where is this map?? or how can i progress??

Did you talk to quest giver about you killing these 3 ice dragons? Then go to Riftlands and talk to that king.

I'm desesperated. King of riftlands don't tell me nothing about dragons. Only i can buy warriors or leave. If i'm going to riftlands before kill dragons, but don't either.

Before defeat dragons nothing, after defeat dragons nothing

Slow down

, when you kill the 3 ice dragons you have to go to new kodar talk to the king there, after that you go to riftlands. Does your quest log updated after killing the 3 ice dragons for the dwarf questline? remember the 3 ice dragons we are talking about are in the cave by the royal griffin.
