I have purchased IL2 1946 (had already owned IL2, FB, PF) in the past and would like to fly for USAAF and RAF in ETO but can't seem to find BoE anywhere.

Is BoE still available anywhere for sale as a download?

I dont know, however if you download & install Paul Lowengrins DCG you can play ETO RAF & USAF campaigns

On UK ebay there is usually a copy for sale, again though not cheap, good luck though.
Just flight only have Operation Barbarosa for sale and that just a download. Ebay would probably be your best bet.
