Dunno if anyone has seen this vid but i'll put it here in case.

Its a interesting video showing what appears to be the arcade mode of the game. Im guessing it was filmed a while ago, but still....

One thing I noticed is this confirms the in flight collisions someone was asking about in a previous post.

Look these videos

We can see an attempt to land in these two videos (2''18 and 4''16). In both cases, the aircraft hanging fire and explodes. It may well be that we could not land anywhere unlike the IL-2 on PC

It must also be said that this landing are a little missed , so we can always hope (it is a bit strange that the game offers us the possibility of lowering the landing gear but can't land where we want )

I think we have to wait the E3 in June for new videos (hopefully we are finally entitled to a video on the gameplay mode simulation )

P-S: I don't speak English very well, I don't know if you understand what i say

Thanks Jimatay , I haven't seen it before, much appreciative. The AI looks like it actual fights back. Still worry about if there will be a eject feature though. It does appear that someone ejected in Stan's video, but it looks like it is done automatically.

That video was also posted in this forum a long time ago. The game was still being developed and from most of the videos I've seen, i never saw the damage model at all whenever someone crashed(noticed every plane in the video exploded instead of tearing apart) so i hope there still is one during collision.

Stanrosquain - I understand your english very well

With regards to those landings, I just think they were both very poor landings.

As the saying goes, "any landing you can walk away from is a good one."

As long as you walk away in one piece...
