Default SLI Support?

Can we have an official word on SLI support? I installed the new 305.53 Beta Drivers and tried setting up SLI. Game behaves strange now. Colors are much more bluieish and are kind of lightly flickering with AFR2 or AFR activated.
Some clarification from the devs on this issue would be really nice!

Don't hold your breath. This dev team is pretty tight-lipped, and quite frankly they've got bigger fish to fry than SLI support.

Again an SLI request..... I don't say anything about it...

We had an official statement on that for this upcoming patch, but I do not know, where it is currently.
As far as I can say, they tried to get support for this topic for this beta, but they were not sure, if they will get it. Unofficial beta patches usually do not get support for that feature. So I would say: No SLI support in this game version. I think, they will get it for the next official steam patch release.

Perhaps someone can state the right words from b6 or luthier. Nevertheless do not await a great performance increase, if your single video card has only 1.5 gb vram!!!

Where did you get the 305.53 drivers from? according to the Nvidia site the latest beta drivers are 304.79. No official drivers after that. Latest official drivers WHQL are 301.42 both 32 and 64 bit.

(Edit) looks like you might have downloaded these from Guru 3D, these aren't listed on the Nvidia site as being released.

My Sli system is working resonably well with 304.79 try that

Thanks for the link, it prompted me to try Force Alternate Frame Rendering 2 with pseudo full screen and Vsync on.

The pseudo settings removes the flashing water I usually get with AFR2 and it certainly gives a good impression of a working SLI. Using 1 590 (which has 2 GPUs) the black death track uses both cores at around 30% and Vram ~ 1100, temps at ~60c this with everything very high. I lock my frame rates lower than many believe is acceptable (24) but it looks very smooth and there's no stuttering, just a brief slow-down when the Spit gets hit on the runway. I expect to be able to raise this before getting stutters but I personally don't need to.

I'm not good at getting screen-shots of my settings, results and stuff and am not good at being scientific but am willing to try.

Cheers,

Septic.

I'm almost positive a post was put up saying SLI works in CLOD, but Nvidia hasn't put something specific in their drivers yet for CLOD to take full advantage of it, or something like that. Just going off what I can remember.

I mentioned I want to get a new card this fall to some of the fellas and they all said don't waste time, effort and money on SLI for this game. I will just get a single card for it.
