Default It realy works!!!!

I tried it today and it realy works! All settings on max, grass, shadows, trees SSAO and FSAA ON! Realy smooth gameplay! Tell all your friends! It´s realy WOW!

Dude this is bloody awesome! That did so much for me, wicked!! Thank you, and thanks to whoever first found this!

I think people are kind of sick and hopeless of looking at troubleshooting... I suggest this is kept here so people can find this- the many people who have already 'given up' a long time ago on some quick fix.

Did it but no gain, my game was probably all working as it should and i am contented with it. Have to try it online otherwise, offline no big results.

It sure smoothed things out for me, stutter-wise. Thanks, JTDawg!

This little "repair fixit" should be stickied -- it's helped a lot of people. I suppose with all the net- and Directx- based programs and utilities we install and uninstall on our PC's, the odd file here or there is apt to get corrupted or go missing.

i had to repair it twice before it actually did anything. secong time trying it asked for a restart afterwards.

Gave me a nice iron over the smooth bumps, however dust still kills on take off!
