Ok so what did you have to do because I'm having trouble installing the d/led porgram (hlpro39111). Any help out there It looks like a windows drivers issue but I don't know enough about this stuff to be sure.

What kind of message do you get? And is it Vista Home premium 64 or Ultimate?

Go into the control panel, then users, and turn off UAC. This will help a great many things. The other thing you could do is right-click on the installer and "run as administrator", once it's installed right-click on the hyperlobby .exe in the installed folder, choose properties, and go to the compatability tab and set it to run as admin. It's easier all round just to turn off UAC though.

Turning off UAC should be the first thing to do after first boot up It is not only annoying, it causes a lot of problems too... Good point Urufu..

getting 2 errors when installing associated with these files:C:\Windows\System32\mswinsck.ocx
C:\Windows|lsb_un20.exe
The program will not boot after install as these files are missing or corrupted. A search of mswinsck.ocx was not inspiring. Looks like Windows sees Hyperlobby as a system threat.

I had UAC turned off but didn't ahve to do anything special after that to get it running. Vista 64 Ultimate here.

In other words, it lets you install it but will not let you launch it?
