Question il2/SOW Thanks Oleg (just one small question)

Hi Oleg and Co,

Firstly from what i have seen and heard about BOB its going to be amazing. The attention to detail is unprecidented and your dedication to producing highly realistic ww2 aircraft simulations is rare and brillant as is your community support (il2 is the only game that refuses to become repetitive after months/years of continous play).

I have just one question, will the damage smoke in BOB be simillar to il2 (Smoke generated from one point) or will it be remoddled completly, how incredible would it be to see smoke billowing from realistic areas such as engine vents and from gaps in the engine covers/smoke only coming from the bottom or the side of engines etc?

P.S. I loved the engine cover damage model in il2s Bf109E will this kind of damage be seen again?

Just my 2 pence

Not just pretty graphics, anything that would give us a better idea exactly what sort of damage we have caused will be really useful for the game.

If we have a good idea a planes not going to make it back over the channel, then we can move on to a new target.

If we have to chase a E/A down to finish her off, we will effectivly take ourselves out of the combat!
