Men Of War Assault Squad Multiplayer and lan performance?

Hello all i have been looking around for ages to a answer/solotion for this i hope somone hear can tell me what is going or tell me a way to fix it.

When i play single player i play without any performance problems over 70 fps with 8xaa all setings at highest.

But when i play multiplayer i get frame shuttering and massive fps drops.

does anyone else suffer this same issue il list my system specs just incase the game engine has a issues with a hardwear driver.

Cpu: core i7 920 revision D0 overclocked to 4.1Ghz
Gpu:Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce x3 OC
Ram: 12 Gb gskill ram at 2300 mhz
HDD:500 gb raptor and 2 gb weston digital green.
