Steam Fallout in Germany

Hello Guys!

Steam is down since 4.00 in the morning for Germany. The German Players want to know, how to start the Game without Steam. It could not go on, that we cannot Play the Game, because of Steam is out of Order.... So please let the Customers know, how to solve this fail.
