Nice to know my pilot could be sleeping while I'm on my way to my destination.

im tired of saying it our depth perception is flawed, this proves it

i know pretty much for sure since i have had real depth perception as in a 3d movie several times in my life , BUT JUST FOR SECONDS

im pretty sure by gnut that if am able to keep that perception beyond a minute ill go 4 dimesnional and achieve enlightenment

animals dont have that depth perception that seems to be a next stage in evolution i can tell casue otherwise zebra camouflage would be useless since its design so lions cant tell where starts one and ends the other

Just having 2 eyes that work mean you have depth perception, it's the reason we have 2 eyes.

well so would you say that pilot had depth perception?

certainly he must see pretty well with both eyes to be an airliner pilot

eh? I hope you don't mean that animals do not have depth perception... of course they do, or your lion would not be able to pounce on their dinner. All two -eyed critters have depth perception.
What animals don't have is an understanding of differentiation of textures... they see the grass the tree shrubs and their dinner hiding motionless out in the open as all the same, they see the fur ruffling in the breeze but don't recognise/ distinguish that as being "different" from the rustling of the surrounding grass or leaves.
They do, however, understand movement (and if it moves, pounce on it).
Haven't you ever wondered why a critter will take to hiding motionless face in in a bush, leaving their bum exposed and the predator just walks on by?

Yes he had depth perception, he just got alarmed when he saw a very bright light in front of him, human beings have not quite evolved quckly enough to keep up with our techology, our depth perception was only designed to be able cope with life on the ground not for travelling in a pressurised aluminium tube full of farts at 500mph.

well im gonna try to manipulated the threads of time so humanity go 4th dimensional the sooner:

i propose this test for pilots to test the lever of stereoscopy:

look to this through the image to overimpose both images

the farther i get is to depth 7 what about you?
