Default So, You Think B for M looks like IL2 46?

This is a screen shot I did today in version 4.11 of IL2 46. Moscow 1 map, time 11am, weather clear, cloud height 3000m, default skin and markings

And here is the screen shot that Black Six posted in this weeks dev update.

If you can't see the differences you are either blind or have an agenda.

I agree, the screenshots are close if you don't look at the details. When your pissed at a subject you generally don't notice the details that would disprove pissyness. lol

I think it's a testament to the original game and its updates that the models look so similar. If we could insert larger textures into the il2 skins the difference would really be marginal. It's only when you look around the edges of the wing tips that you can see the original is a lower poly model.

Obviously the ground textures, buildings and trees are significantly different.

If you look closely you'll notice that the houses are still the european town houses and not the russian rural buildings we've been shown. To me that indicates that the map is in its infancy, actually it has just wailed for the first time. Lots of things to do for the map makers.
