Can someone translate for me what does the attack do exactly?

are u talking about the long attack of the robbers (no retaliation after that and from one hex distance)? I am pretty sure the "bitting attack" is the name of the same special but by the snakes.

You can attack the enemy over one square, and so don't have retaliation.
