Hi,

If the developers are able to deliver here some fotage (trailer) of the upcoming patch, will calm down the community a litle.

People will be talking about what they did spot, diferences, improvements...

Just me 2 cents.

They have said it will visually look exactly the same, but with a lot better performance... But sure, there has been half a year since they started on the patch so some tweaking of colors and other stuff could of course have been done in the mean time.

So the devs aren't going to re-introduce fresnel based reflections? Propeller shadowing? The features that got removed in order to make the game run faster, they're staying gone even once the game is optimised.

That's a real pity, reflections were one thing that *made* the sim when it first came out, even on minimum graphics I loved the reflections, they made it seem *real*. My current idea of heaven is Il2 running at 120fps straight with all the original graphical options.

Well, stuff like that may of course get included again... But the only official information is that it will look the same - but with better FPS, less micro stutters, and most importantly as the performance is good enough today on my rig - we should not get CTD:s in multiplayer!

Isn´t the graphical engine been reworked?
That's why some fotage would be great.
