OK, so many people complaining about sound and other things. Here are working almost normal config files. Replace your own and try if you like.

Well some people don't have your top end rig. That may explain some complaints about sound and other things

Unless you have a similar system I wouldn't replace your own conf ini.. it will alter your graphics settings certainly to a higher state than I have mine set on at the moment.

He is running with a screen res of 1920x1080. That is 230,400 fewer pixels to process than my 1920 x 1200. That can make a significant difference in performance.

With a 580GTX 3GB he can run it even without config.ini, he will not notice any difference

Check out what i just noticed. i checked mine and it was the same too, wonder if it could be changed and what it might look like.
Also didnt someone discover that : DepthBits =24 StencilBits=8 should really be : DepthBits =32 StencilBits=16 I have definately had a way better performance increase with the above change. |

The real water that is coming when the engine gets fixed is said to be transparent and have waves, maybe models reflection too. Also, there no exist a 16 Stencil buffer, The Stencil buffer is a extra buffer used to calculate some graphics effects and to have a 8 bits of Stencil buffer you need set your Depth buffer to 24.
